A QUARTER FOR NEW CHURCHES

A message from Rob Boyer, CEO

Q3 was the quarter Narthex Two went to work.

Last quarter we told you about a growing pipeline. This quarter, it became real. We held the first closing of our new Narthex Two fund, bringing in more than $2.0 million to fund our growing list of deals. With capital in hand, we moved quickly, closing on four new properties in Cleveland, OH; Orange City, FL; Cincinnati, OH; and East Chicago, IN.

Thanks to the support of Narthex investors, four congregations now have a new home and are expanding their impact and presence in their local communities.

Demand for our work continues to grow. Most of our deals come to us by word of mouth and referral, a great testament to God at work through Narthex and to the size of the need. From Bellingham, WA to St. Petersburg, FL, we are every day adding new churches to the list of congregations in need of our services.

Every day I speak with pastors across the country who are dreaming again. Congregations are growing. Young people are returning to faith. It is an exciting season for the Church, and an honor to be part of it.

Behind every closing is a congregation that has waited, prayed, and worked for a place of its own. A place to worship on Sunday, to feed neighbors on Tuesday, and to welcome the next generation. That is what your investment makes possible.

Thank you for being part of the journey.

Onward,

Rob.

KINGDOM IMPACT

A note from Bishop Kevin Ringer:

“Now that we are secure in our new church home, God is transitioning House of Restoration from being a traditionally Black church to a multicultural church serving a variety of ethnic groups. We’re excited about reaching this population and serving those in our community who are in need. Having this property of our own, now gives us the freedom and access to serve in ways we’ve always wanted—to reach those who are lost and show the love of Christ to our community.

Please pray with us that our church will be a ‘sleeping giant’ in our community, especially impacting our youth by giving them hope, direction, and guidance.

Narthex and Rob were definitely a Godsend. They met us where we were, took us by the hand, and helped us achieve our dream building. If it wasn’t for Narthex, I don’t know where we’d be. I’m a witness that God can work through Narthex, because He did it for us.”
