Stories to share
A message from Rob Boyer, CEO
As we welcome spring, I'm thrilled to announce the launch of our new Storytelling Program at Narthex. We've partnered with an agency to meet with our tenants and capture powerful stories of God at work. Through photos and short videos, we'll be sharing stories of impact - using the Narthex network to shine a light on the good works taking place across our churches and communities.
We've also got some exciting updates on the property front:
Render's Hope Day School is in the final stages of State approval to open at Cornerstone Church. They'll begin by renting from us with plans to purchase the property by the end of the year.
To make room for Render's Hope, Rivers of Life graciously agreed to move their ministry from Cornerstone to the recently purchased Rhema Church - the first investment of the new Narthex Impact Fund. All of this is a great example of our tenants' flexibility and willingness to support each other's ministries.
Restore Community Church has confirmed their intent to purchase St. James in late October or early November.
On the operations side:
All properties made it through winter with no significant issues. Rents are current, tenants are happy, and we're grateful for the continued spirit of collaboration and care within the Narthex family.
As always, please reach out if you have any questions. We appreciate each of you - and all that you do to help this mission grow!
Spiritual impact
We love a good Christian daycare. It's one of the best uses of church space - meeting a tremendous need while planting seeds for future flourishing. That's why we're thrilled to introduce Render's Hope Day School this month. Rooted in partnership, purpose, community, and Kingdom, Render's Hope aims to serve as a vital bridge between churches and the communities around them. We will soon welcome them to Cornerstone Church, and we're actively exploring opportunities to bring Render's Hope - or similar ministries - to other Narthex properties. Whether it's opening new locations or helping current tenants launch a daycare of their own, we're committed to helping churches grow deeper roots and wider branches.
